TOPSoccer - A game for all kids

pRSC TOPSOCCER CANCELLED FOR FALL 2020

Due to the continued COVID-19 risk which also places our TopSoccer players at greater risk we will not be having a Fall TopSoccer program.  We will continue to evaluate as time goes on for an indoor or spring season.

TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by youth soccer association coaches and volunteers. This program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any child age 5 and up who has an intellectual disability or physical impairments. The goal is to enable young athletes with disabilities to become part of the US Youth Soccer family.

Why TOPSoccer?

TOPSoccer was formed to perpetuate the US Youth Soccer mission statement which is, in part, "to foster the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of America's youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of age and competition." There are thousands of children with disabilities who need, and can be provided with, the opportunity to play soccer through the TOPSoccer program.

PRSC TOPSoccer Camp:

The camp is staffed by Park Ridge Soccer Coaches and Trainers and assisted by youth volunteer Buddies.

All new registrants will receive a PRSC TOPSoccer jersey.

Registrants must register online in advance in order to participate.

In addition to registering online, please print and fill out the Illinois Youth Soccer medical release form linked below.  This form must be completed every year and needs to be turned in at the first session your child attends.

There is a $30 annual registration fee that will enable your child to participate in all 4 TOPSoccer camps which includes Indoor/winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.  Please understand that the $30 annual registration fee goes towards equipment costs, and we are unable to prorate regardless of the number of camps your child attends.  You can pay the $30 fee at the first camp session.

The next TOPSoccer session is TBD.  Updated location, dates, and times, along with a registration link will be posted when details for the next session have been finalized.

If you have any questions, please contact our Program Director, Moni Ryczek.
