PRSC Premier H.S. Girls/Boys is a competitive travel program focusing on individual and team development through proper curriculum led by professional coaches. PRSC PREMIER HS program provides multiple training sessions and one strength and conditioning session weekly for the duration of the season promoting readiness and consistent development.
