Just as Park Ridge Soccer Club (PRSC) provides excellent development opportunities for recreational and club-level soccer players, we have a similar program for new referees. We believe we have one of the best, if not the best, referee development programs in the state. Officials from our program have advanced to high school, college, ODP, and amateur games and we look forward to the day when one of them officiates in an MLS or international-level game.
There is a progression for PRSC Referees that allows referees to work at the best level for their interest and abilities. Information on our progression can be found on this page or at the PRS Referee Progression Page.

The National Referee Development Program is to be a service organization of integrity dedicated to all referees, whose purpose is to ensure the development of the United States Soccer Referee in terms of quality and quantity through achieving excellence in governance, education and administration. The program shall work in the interests of all its members to serve the game at every level of competition.
