2011-2012 Uniform Night 

Tuesday June 21 - Uniform Night -- for all ages that need to try on  Uniforms for sizing or new/replacement items for next season.   7:00 - 9:00 PM  at the  Olympic Room,  Oakton Ice Rink .      

All PRS families:

 

By now most families have received a username and login from European Sports.  If you have not already received this information, it will be coming today or tomorrow into your email box. 

 

ALL NEW PLAYERS AND U9 PLAYERS WILL BE ASSIGNED A NUMBER, SO LEAVE THE NUMBERING PART BLANK on your online order---we will do that for you. 

 

All current players, you may only type in the number that was on your jersey last year and on your IWSL/YSSL pass.  Any exceptions to this must be discussed with Lauren, since the orders will not be processed without prior approval.

 

Please be reminded that ALL ONLINE AND CUSTOM ORDERS are not returnable for any reason.  Orders can be placed at www.europeansports.com as soon as you receive your username and login.

 

Tonight's Uniform try-on night will allow us to answer any other questions you might have, so please join us at Oakton from 7-9:00pm.  There will be many people trying on many items and it is very warm at Oakton,so please bring your PATIENCE and DEEP BREATHS with you!!

There have been quite a few questions about the upcoming Uniform Night and the subsequent online ordering.  Please read below :)

As far as the Uniform Night on June 21st, it is mostly a "trying on" night and not a "uniform ordering" night.  We are working toward having all orders be directly online between player/family and European Sports.  Since this is all brand-new, we are going to have families come and try items on during the Tuesday night Uniform Night, and then soon after they will receive a username and login number.  Once all of the PRS emails are inputted by European Sports into their database, and an email blast is sent out to all families and new players in the program, orders can be placed directly.  I am hoping this will happen throughout next week.  These can be full-uniform orders or just small orders of extra socks, etc. 
 
Items are NOT returnable, and they will all be delivered to my house where coaches can pick them up on the delivery date this summer.  I will be checking in with all coaches in mid-July to make sure their players all have what they need before the fall season begins.  New players will be assigned a number and these assigned numbers will be screened directly onto their ordered items.
 
If your players do not need to try things on, they can skip the Uniform Night.  If they want to order replacement items or additional items, we will assign these families usernames and login numbers along with everyone else who does attend on Uniform Night.
 
This is the first launch of the "new and improved" Uniform ordering----we are crossing our fingers this will all work out smoothly!!  Thanks in advance for your patience as we work this all out!!
