Lost and Found Items

You may report an item lost or found in person, by phone, or e-mail with any PRS soccer coach or trainer. You will need to provide the following information when filing a lost or found item report:

Name
Address
Telephone Number
Email Address
Date the item was last seen or found.
Location where item was last seen or found.
Complete description of the lost or found item (color, size, brand, etc.) and if it is a backpack or bag, its contents, if any.

My daughter left her green ipod nano at the Emerson soccer field June 6th, not sure if anyone turned it in. Thanks, Cathy Marin (847) 685 - 0224.

Size #4 adidas  gold and white soccer ball  --  lost Tuesday, June 1, 2010  at Emerson NE field, has "mierzwa" written on it.  email: p.mierzwa @prsoccer.com (remove space by @).
