PARK RIDGE SOCCER EXPERIENCED REFEREE CLINICS 2012

Local Refresher Clinics:

 Mandatory attendance for all returning officials who wish to work Park Ridge 2012 spring and fall games. Will cover rule changes and review basics.
When: Tuesday, February 13, 2012 OR Thursday, February 16, 2012; 7:15 PM to 9:00 PM. Must attend one or the other.
Where: Maine Park Leisure Center – Activity Room (#3); 2701 Sibley Ave., Park Ridge
Cost: Free

Note: USSF referees will be excused after we cover rule changes and other instructional material(approximately 8:00). All others must stay and take the House League test.

USSF Referee Entry Level Clinic: Recommended for experienced House League Referees looking for the additional challenge of refereeing at the Traveling Team level and tournaments in addition to House League games. Advantages of USSF certification:
- Earn $3 to $9 extra per game for PRS House League games
- Receive priority for PRS tournament assignments
- Receive priority for AR assignments U13 and up.
- Able to officiate at non-PRS tournaments

1/21 & 1/22 IYSA/ISRC office, Arlington Heights
2/4 & 2/5 Olympia Park (Edison Park), Chicago
Cost: $75 for clinic and USSF registration will be reimbursed by PRS for those accepting PRS House League Referee and PRS Traveling Team AR assignments.

This is a 2 day clinic. Must attend both sessions in entirety – NO EXCEPTIONS. Check in begins at 8:30. Clinic begins promptly at 9:00. Attendees not registered and seated at 9:00 will be turned away.

USSF Recertification Clinic:

Required annually for existing USSF referees to maintain certification.
When: Recert clinics designed for officials doing youth level games (U9 – U14) will be held in January and
February.
When/Where: The following clinics have spots available as of 1/5/12.

Sat 2/18 OR Sun 2/19 Libertyville
Mon (President’s Day) 2/20 IYSA/ISRC office, Arlington Heights
Sat 2/25 Lake Zurich
